Meet Vicki!

My name is Vicki and I am the Office Manager for Clear Lenses Counseling. One of my
specialties is Insurance Billing and Credentialing. I completed a Certificate in Medical Billing and
Coding course through the US Career Institute in June 2024. I joined Clear Lenses Counseling in
July 2024 where I began utilizing my newly acquired skills and my refined Customer Service
skills.

My goal is to assure accuracy and efficiency when going through the processes for therapist
credentialing with the various payers the group accepts. I have experience credentialing
therapists with Capital Blue, Highmark, Aetna, Optum/UHB, Evernorth/Cigna and Medicare, to
name a few. I have also achieved experience credentialing our group and individual therapists
with EAP programs such as Spring Health, All One Health (formerly Carebridge) and ComPsych.

I confidently process payments received through a variety of insurance payers to assure client
accounts are up to date and accurate. Should issues arise, I make the necessary inquiry to the
payers to achieve resolution for the company and the client.
