Meet Michelle!
Are you struggling with feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward? Do past experiences continue to affect your confidence, relationships, or sense of self? You're not alone, and I'd be happy to help!
My Story
I hold a Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling from Kutztown University. I currently have my LAPC and am working towards my LPC.
My work experience includes working at a psychiatric rehabilitation program, a substance use warm handoff program, and a methadone clinic. I also completed my master’s practicum at a mental health private practice and my master’s internship was at an outpatient drug and alcohol agency.
My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable enough to feel your emotions freely and speak openly. I hold space for hope, acceptance, and growth. I bring empathy, unconditional positive regard, and active listening to every session. I help you find freedom from what no longer serves you, and find peace within yourself. I will support you to gain insight, understanding, and empowerment. I meet you where you are at and lean in with compassion and curiosity as we work together.
We all have inherent worth. We are all perfectly imperfect. We are all figuring out this big, messy, beautiful life. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey. Please reach out to schedule a session, if you think we would align.
