Meet Ian!
Are you struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges related to Autism Spectrum Disorder? Do you want a therapist who not only listens, but truly understands your lived experience and helps you move forward with purpose and pride? You're in the right place.
My Story
As a gay male of color, I understand the importance of being seen, respected, and supported, especially within communities that are often underserved. I’m proud to work alongside my peers in the LGBTQ+ community and with individuals of color, offering a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for healing and growth.

I believe the most powerful tool in therapy is the relationship between counselor and client. That’s why I focus on getting to know you, your values, your goals, and the life you want to live. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation rooted in trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
I primarily work through a solution-focused lens, helping you make practical progress by focusing on the present and future. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, identity issues, or developmental diagnoses, I meet you where you are and help guide you toward where you want to be.

My experience includes:
-
Outpatient clinical counseling for children and adults
-
Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
-
Residential and community-based therapy for clients on the autism spectrum
-
National certification in counseling
-
Specialized certification as a clinician in Autism Spectrum Disorder
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, you just need a safe place to start. I’m here when you’re ready.
