Meet Kim!

Are you or a loved one feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or navigating the world with an autism diagnosis? Are intense emotions or life transitions making it difficult to cope? You're not alone, and therapy can help.

My Story

When feelings become overwhelming, talking to someone who understands can help. My approach to therapy involves creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for you or your loved one to explore difficult emotions and situations. I strive to build a strong connection through respect, active listening, and focusing on what is most important to each client.

In my work with my client, I use strategies from a variety of therapies including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). 

I am experienced in supporting clients diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. It is an honor for me to connect with my clients and to guide them as they learn new ways to meet their own needs. I have a strong desire to help my clients create more of the feelings and experiences that they want to have in their daily lives.
