My Story
My approach to counseling is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you or your loved one can feel heard and understood. I believe that healing starts with connection, and I work to build strong therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect, active listening, and client-centered care.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). These tools allow me to meet each individual where they are, tailoring sessions to their goals, needs, and lived experience.

I have experience supporting clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. My passion lies in helping individuals learn how to better understand and meet their emotional needs while building more of the peace, fulfillment, and connection they want in daily life.
