Meet Liz!

Are you a transitional-age young adult struggling with the challenges of stepping into the adult world? Do you find yourself dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, obsessive thoughts, anger management, or emotional struggles you can’t quite name? If you're ready for change, I may be able to help.

My Story

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s depression, anxiety, substance use, family conflict, grief, school-related stress, or low self-esteem. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Forensic Treatment from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. My clinical journey began in an outpatient mental health setting, and I’ve also worked extensively in residential substance abuse treatment for adolescents. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of therapeutic settings.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, along with other evidence-based techniques, to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My specialties include:

  • Individual, group, and family therapy

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Anger management

  • Adolescent and family substance use

  • Grief and loss

  • Parent support and family therapy

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • School-related concerns

I’ve worked in adolescent day treatment, residential drug and alcohol programs, and outpatient counseling, and my passion is creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
