Our Mission
Helping you navigate through any challenges life might throw at you.
At Clear Lenses Counseling, our mission is to support individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based mental health and addiction services. We have worked to build a team of incredibly talented therapists so that people with all needs can be helped in one place.
Each of our therapists are uniquely talented in a large variety of different techniques ensuring that our clients can find someone that best suits their needs. We aim to meet people where they are, honoring their dignity and individuality.
We use a range of proven therapeutic approaches to help you heal, grow, and achieve your goals.
Services We Offer
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is one-on-one counseling between a therapist and a client, focused on the client's personal mental health concerns—anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and so on. Sessions are tailored to the individual's goals and typically use approaches like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based modalities depending on the client's needs and the therapist's training.
Business Consultation
Business consultation (in a practice context) refers to guidance on the operational and financial side of running a therapy practice—things like growth strategy, staffing, workflow efficiency, marketing, or financial planning. This is distinct from clinical services and is aimed at practice owners rather than clients seeking mental health care.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on partners working through relationship difficulties—communication issues, trust, intimacy, conflict patterns, or life transitions like becoming parents. A therapist helps the couple identify unhealthy dynamics and build healthier ways of relating, often using frameworks like Gottman Method or Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Credentialing and Billing
Billing and credentialing covers the administrative backbone of a practice: credentialing is the process of getting providers enrolled and approved with insurance panels, while billing involves submitting claims, tracking reimbursements, and managing client payments. These are often outsourced or handled by dedicated staff since they're time-intensive and directly affect a practice's revenue cycle.
Family Therapy
Family therapy treats the family unit as the client, addressing communication breakdowns, conflict, or the impact of an individual member's struggles (like a child's behavioral issues or a parent's substance use) on the whole system. The therapist works with multiple family members together to shift unhealthy patterns and improve relationships.
LPC Supervision
LPC supervision is the structured oversight that Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) associates or interns receive from an approved supervisor as they accumulate the clinical hours required for full licensure. It typically involves regular case review, skill development, and ethical/legal guidance to prepare the supervisee for independent practice.
